colleges and corporate events.   Matina
has garnered national attention as a
stand up comic and a popular emcee, and
is featured in the book Revolutionary
Laughter - The World Of Women
Comics, (along with Whoppi Goldberg,
Joan Rivers, Brett Butler and Roseanne)
and A Funny Time To Be Gay, which
features today's gay and lesbian
comedy headliners and trailblazers.
Currently she is a regular at the L.A.
landmark - The Comedy Store, and is
writing for television.
